It Started with a Smile
Gary Russo, known as the 2nd Avenue Subway Sinatra, skyrocketed to the world’s attention when he selflessly devoted lunch breaks to easing tensions caused by the inconvenience of the construction site. Behind the voice is a kind heart longing to share his talent, his experience, and his "must do" philosophy for life happiness.
Gary’s New York street-side performance went viral on YouTube with more than one million hits in its first weeks. As a result, he has appeared on major national and international television shows including ABC’s Good Morning America, NBC’s Nightly News with Brian William, Access Hollywood, as well as Japanese and German news shows. Inside Edition arranged and filmed a special night with Gary at the famed Blue Note to headline the TV show’s new season.
By request Gary has teamed up with a group of professionals and has created a dynamic show that he can customize for your event. In addition Gary is very interested in helping with charitable causes.
Check out Gary's NEW book "Don't Die with Your Song Unsung" and keep an eyed out for his upcoming CD.
